IMPORTANT NOTES: Transformers do not convert cycles (frequency). Motorized products which are cycle sensitive (clocks, stereo turntables, etc.) may run faster or slower when converted to run on foreign electricity. Televisions will not receive broadcasts in most foreign countries unless they are multi-system, but can be used with VCR's to play tapes recorded in country of origin. Transformers are step-up/step-down and thus use a powercord with male connections on each end. ALWAYS PLUG TRANSFORMER END IN FIRST TO DESIRED VOLTAGE AND THEN PLUG INTO WALL OUTLET. WHEN PLUGGED INTO WALL OUTLET THESE CONNECTIONS ARE HOT AND CARRY VERY HIGH VOLTAGES. IF TOUCHED THEY CAN RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
